Our deliciously Roast Pot A La Carte also known as “Yankee pot roast”, is a dish of meat braised in liquid in a covered pot until it’s tender and succulent. The slow cooking breaks down the meat’s connective tissue, resulting in meat that’s easy to carve and falls apart in your mouth. The liquid that the meat cooks in thickens and becomes velvety, creating a rich sauce that goes great with gravy.
